very nice hotel, convenient to city center but also near more sedate, nicer residential street for a run in the PM clean and pleasant, professional staff

the dark, color/design scheme is a somewhat morbid

My stay was very very good for a week long business trip. Peaceful and stunning location in the centre of city, exceeded high expectations. Further, it was adjacent to restaurant, and Palats Ukraina tube station. Really enjoyed this hip new hotel, couldn't recommend more.

Great and stunning location, 15 minutes drive from the airport. Extremely spacious units with tea, and consistently courteous staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant menu is very good and the foo was tasty. Breakfast offered a lot of options. It is relatively close to the city centre. The personnel were very helpful and service was good.

The gym is very simple, though better than nothing. At my stay the gym A/C did not work properly.

The standard twin room was reasonably spacious with modern design, so that guests had essentials. the location was marvellous and stunning for traveling around Kyiv, really close to several business centers and metro station and bus stops. - A cool bonus was Ottoman House Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Metro station is located near by Hotel . therefoer it was convenient to go to the city center for sightseeing.

Had great-sized room, large breakfasts, you guys rock!

Reasonably priced hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location just next door to Metro " Palace of the Ukraine, and cafes, restaurants, exchange points, banks and so on...

The room here was well-kept and had a modern feel. It was peaceful and had a great air conditioning system, along with an electric kettle for convenience. 🌬️

Ideal hotel with fresh breakfast and an amazing location very close to the center of Kyiv-5-10 minuets. Location short walk to transport for the centre of the city as well as a metro station.

People were very friendly... The hotel is very good located, clean and have very good quality... You can see the photos of the world wide famous people inside who stayed at Alfavito during their Kiev visit. The pianist was great by the way... & Reception was like the best model look :) (Cute Girls)

The central location is convenient with restaurants, services, and a metro station nearby, plus discovering Ottoman House Cafe within 1 km was a pleasant surprise.

Very good experience. Very nice staff, helpful and responsive. Probably my best experience in Kiev so far. I do recommend this place for a stay in Kiev. 10 minutes to downtown by taxy, comfortable, clean...will come back to this hotel.

All new hotel close to the center. Close to metro station, which is very useful during the long walk about the city center. Great staff, very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable bed, wi-fi available everywhere in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Easy to reach by car, large garded parking, there is a gas station nearby. Not very cheap one, but definitely great value for money.
